Guuuuurl, I am so full!

I made 2 eggs a little firmer than usual, because my chef fiance makes them for me but he isnt home right now.

I ate less than 1 and I am soooooo full. Its kind of cool. But, being full is kind of uncomfortable when youre not used to it.

I hear you. It's a strange feeling to be so full and uncomfortable with so little. I just got my 4 fill last week and wow what a difference to get the restriction.

what's a day's diet for you now?

I am full all the time. I have had three fills and have refused the last two. I get the right amount of protein I need and the scale has been going the best direction DOWN. I cannot eat a lot of food. It also takes me three times as long to eat. I am still enjoying my journey so much and the best thing is going to the store to buy new clothes and I am not even an extra large any more it is soooo GREAT. imaluckydog
