How long do the esophageal spasms last....

Thats the only difficulty I'm experiencing.

I learning how to lessen the effect by counter pressure.

I guess I'm just wondering if this is normal and to be encouraged that it will dissipate over a few days.

Thanks

I was back to normal in about two weeks but I'm a baby and I needed extra time to heal myself. I did not have any pain in my throat. My recommendation popsicles and lots of water in between meals. Be kind to yourself it takes time.Best wishes imaluckydog
