Finally had the fill..and life is good?

Yup, I did make a mistake in my lapband adventure. I should have had myself filled because all of the garbage of life does not effect me. This tool is the miracle of life. I can now eat without feeling guilty, since before I always gained. Now, I do eat as before healthy and am losing weight. I can not tell you how wonderful it feels.

It is wonderful to get healthy and live in a smaller frame.

I am always cooking, ugh, and now I have a crew of high schoolers sleeping over for New Years and I will still be able to control my weight.

I still leave a little junk tray....some chocolate chips, nuts, etc and when in crisis grab some.

I found that A and P has an organic line in the white box and their Cherios are so so crunchy and yummy...so when I need that crunch, I grab that..used to use the pretzels but I do have a problem with salt.. I am addicted to salt. The second week of surgery, I ate the salt off pretzels.

I am crocheting and can not wait when I stablize my weight an be able to make myself and outfit.

Life is good!!!
