Almost 3 months out and already stuck!

:blink:I did not weigh myself in over 10 days...but this morning i just had to check. I was sooooo dissapointed to see the scale say 250!! i did not loose any weight and granted that started working out over 2 weeks ago.

I can blame some of the food i had during the holidays but, i did not go to crazy.

My second fill is coming up on 1/21. I want to be below 250!!!

Im trying to get fustrated...and hungly. that is a deadly combination. I will keep with the morning work outs 3 times a week and try my best to stay away from yummy temptations.

Is amyone out there 3 months post Op, :crying:stuck after only loosing 25 lbs??

Keep your head up girl. It's going to happen. We are complicated as women, so it could be hormones, cycle, or the wind blowing in the wrong direction.

Try something new as an exercise, maybe bellydance! It's fun and it will shake your body up! You can do it, I just know it!

wow i just realized my spelling...yikes!

Thanks Laura, i am keeping my chin up. I just need to remember that the weight is coming off and that my body is still getting used to the new ways. We just got the Wii and i think my hubby and i will enjoy playing games on that. He just hurt his knee so he wont be working out with me in the mornings till who knows when.

Bellydancing sounds fun..do they sell DVDs?
