LapBand Seminar

Well me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant for almost 4 years now, with no luck, we tried clomid, and that never made me ovulate, and my obgyn wanted to refer me to a fertility specialist to do injections for fertility, and i asked her if she recomended having the lapband surgery to help me get pregnant, and she thought that was a good idea, so we're pausing trying to get pregnant right now, and i signed up for a lapband seminar on dec. 30 when my husband will be off for christmas. Hopefully there we can sign up for my first appointment with the lapband surgeon. I'm 382 right now, and 5 foot 1, and misserable, so i would so love to loose weight, its just been really hard on my own but hopefully with the lapband it will help. 1 goal i have is to fit into a pair of blue jeans (without ellastic) that would be so awesome.

I to went as far as the injections, but decided to stop. I am now 46 with a secret desire that maybe it will happen. Not really trying, but if it's God's will I'm willing to accept. Good luck!

Best wishes to all with this issue men and women as my husband suffered with me the entire way. Been there done both! Took us seven years and well worth all the efforts. At the seventh year we said let's just forget about it and we took a long awaited vacation to San Francisco. I believe in Miracles! One Boy, One Girl Irish twins. They are in college now. I was also told I would never have children. LOL.. So believe in Miracles.....

I was banded on June 29 and that was the next best miracle in my life. I have a lot to be grateful for. Best wishes for a Happy Healthy Holiday season to all. imaluckydog
