Everyone is different, but I dropped that. I was doing everything my doc asked me to and that was the result. I was banded May 21, 2009 and I am now almost to goal. 98lbs lost so far.

I lost 16 pounds the first 2 weeks. 31 today 8 weeks post op. things will slow down after the first 2 weeks. I average about 2 pounds a week now. Of course I would like a lot more, but VERY happy with the results.
