Feeling Hung-Up

This is the feeling that i hate the most. Sometimes it gets really bad and painful even with soup broth. I refuse to get a looser adjustment because I really like my restrictions when I have my good days. I'm still trying to find better ways to avoid this feeling. I dont know about you guys but I do really well with dry, dehydrated foods like 100 calorie bag popcorn, unsalted crackers, etc. Sometimes when I feel hung up I really have to walk away and do something active like maybe fold my laundry or clear out the sink before I go back to my meal. Anyone else have these feelings as bad as I do? And what do you do to lose the "hung - up" feeling?
