I have my water within arm's reach. Let's go!

(Sarcasm dripping) Of course, I ALWAYS drink ALL of that water that's ALWAYS within arm's reach...

I do better on weekends than during the week, which is funny. During the week I have to sit at my desk. On the weekends I am always bouncing around. You'd think it would be harder in bouncy mode....

I keep a 32 oz water glass at my desk at work. My goal is to drink 4 a day, but most days I only drink 2. I thought I should try giving up Diet Coke before the surgery, but I haven't been that successful yet. I probably just need to bite the bullet!

i TOTALLY believe that water, either drinking it or not, is the reasoning behind weight loss and gain. i have lost 20 lbs in my 4 week post-op period and the last fewd ays i have definitly been slacking in the water intake, and i weighed myself...and BOOM...gained 2 lbs. Have been eaiting great, not that time of month....I just know my body and what i dont give it (water) it gives me (POUNDS)!!! GGRRRRR.......

Water is one of the things that I struggle with at times. But I'm gonna try to bwe better this weekend. I'm down 61 lbs. from pre-op and loving my new body (well, will love it much more after a tummy tuck, breast-lift and arm lift!).
