My doc also says there may be periods of time where your weight loss stalls while your body adjusts, and be patient. My WL stalled for about six months, staying right at the same weight, then dropped considerably. Now it's stalled again, but I've noticed the NSV's are increasing. I stopped worrying about what the scale said and went on living. So what if I only lose 5 lbs a month? I'm still losing and my skin has a chance to snap back without my looking like a kid in Mommy's skin. LOL!

Hi everyone, I use a lot of Voiceomt's recipes. I love the Lasagna one I use eggplant instead of noodles and roast eggplant in the oven until tender no frying or breading for me. Build it in small round portions. Freezes very well. I use a meat sauce and a high protein cheese it all goes down well. I also use zucchini same way. Wendy's Chili is great with the cold weather on us. I have even had American Chop Suey, not my favorite I have all the recipes if you want just let me know. I know my weight has slowed way down as well my clothes just fit now and even some mornings feel tight huh!! I will get weighed on the 9th of the month. Not sure I will take another fill after three fills I have been tight morning, noon and night. I have had a few PB's but not many. I have a fear of the overfill syndrome!!

I want to know if anyone uses a body cream for the skin all over to help it get it back into shape or am I just looking at possible surgery down the road???? Lots of Love and Happy Days ahead my LB family. imaluckydog Kathy

I think I will start tracking that sounds like a great idea. I have no idea how many calories I am eating ;-)

I haven't had too much luck with the cream. It seems to be a temporary measure at best. Doc has already told me I *will* have another surgery or two. One to repair some surgical hernias left from previous operations and hidden by my fat until now, and at least one to remove my excess skin on my arms and belly. He's hoping to combine the belly skin surgery with the hernia operation, but the arms may have to be done separately, owing to my work.

I too am VERY frustrated with no weight loss in 2 months. I am working out at the gym with a trainer, 5 days a week for 1 1/2 hours of cardio and two days a week of 1 hour with trainer and 30 min of cardio. I dont feel like I am eating all that much at all. The only thing I cheat with is a couple of cookies here and there and a popsicle once in a while. Surely those couple of things cant be hurting with all the calories I am burning...I am eating a lot of tuna for lunches, lots of chicken at dinner, apples, and protein shakes or yogurt in the mornings. And I have not lost a pound since doing all this. I was banded at the end of March and have only lost 42 lbs. VERY FRUSTRATED and wondering if this is all I am going to lose, when my body still needs to lose at least another 40 lbs. I paid alot of money for this and wanted it to work. Any answers???
