fill or no fill...confused

HI,

I have a 14cc band and have 7cc in it. I past on my last fill, didn't need one. Now my 4 week appointment is Tuesday, not sure I need one, never thought I be confused. Somedays, I have restriction and others not as much. I hit a plateau for 4 weeks and then did liguids for a few days and broke that and dropped 6 pounds. But this morning, I notice on the scale one piund back :crying: So, has any one been in this boat? any advice?

I kind of am in the same boat. I got my band aug 26th and my first fill was 6 cc and the next was 1.5cc so I am at 7.5cc I have lost NO weight. Some times I feel restrictions like when I tried to eat scrambled egs for breakfast but then I was able to eat two pieces of pizza for lunch :) I usually feel restriction at breakfast and lunch but not dinner. I am so bummer and dont really know what to do. My surgeon acts like my band is just fine.
