Newbeee :)

Hi there, I'm one week post op from lap band and i have a couple of questions I'm hoping you all can help me with. First, Im still experiencing the shoulder pain, is this normal, and what can i do to relieve it. I started walking around a couple of hours after surgery and have been very mobile since. Second, is anyone experiencing symptoms similar to Restless leg syndrome? It happens at night when I'm going to sleep and it never really lets up. I think i got 2 full hours of sleep last night:eek:

Thanks!!!

The shoulder pain is gas...I had it in my left shoulder for about 2 weeks. I took Gas X chewables and it was fine. I did not sleep the night through for the first week and a half. It could be how you are laying. Maybe you are pinching a nerve in your sleep. I slept in a chair for the first couple of days then the sofa, and finally the guest bed (it is lower than my normal bed).

Congratulations.
