I now know what it means to get stuck :(

:ohmy:It was so painful. I chewed my chicken over and over but sent it down too fast and it got stuck. It was the worse feeling ever! especially being alone at home, I thought I was going to die and by the time my family comes home I am dead. I need to work on not eating too fast. Still love my band more and more everyday!
