Any November 2009 Bandsters??

Hi all' date='[/b']

Is anyone else getting that last supper feeling??? I gave up soda in june and have been doing well with out it, and today i broke down and had one with lunch, now I can't stop thinking about leaving work and bringing home a six pack, LOL. Does anyone else feel like or plan on having a last hurrah??

It seems Like all I have been doing is eating everything I know I won't be able to eat after surgery. I don't want to gain any more weight. I'm looking forward to the pre-opt diet!

The pre-op diet does help rein in the "last supper" syndrome!! I lost 10 lbs on pre-op and sixteen the first two weeks after surgery...I figure it will slow down now....hang in there and do exactly what they tell you!

I too had the last supper thing for a little while before I had surgery. I kept thinking I should eat tortilla chips since I would never be eatinig them again. I did finally get into a good routine and did the pre-op diet very well. It's a good thing too since it helps with post-op and the recovery period. Now I am pretty much able to eat anything, which is good and bad. The good is that I don't get bored with eating the same thing over and over. The bad is that I think I should be eating less. I'm ready for my first fill.
