Day 5

Well, they were right. It does get easier. Once healed I doubt I'll ever want to so much as smell tomato soup again, but I've done okay. Lost 6lbs in <5 days. Whoo hooo! What a way to start! now, if only my nerves will calm down....

I've adjusted to the sweeteners. matter of fact, I'm almost enjoying the sugar-free puddings! I am not, however, enjoying what this liquid diet is doing to my digestive system!
