3 weeks post-op and weight loss has slowed down...

I'm 3 weeks from surgery. The weight was flying off the first 2 weeks. I was so excited, people at work and school were coming up to me saying they could tell I've lost weight. However, this week, NOTHING. i think one day I actually gained a pound. I've thought about not weighing myself daily. I'm going to go crazy if I do.

I don't feel much restriction unless I have over eatten. I always feel hungry.

My big downfall is lack of exercise. I've been horrible about going to the gym. I need to make myself go tomorrow, no excuses. I am not working or school tomorrow. I'd like to attempt the elliptical thingy :-)

Wish me luck. I have an appointment at the end of the month with the surgeon. Maybe I'll get my first fill. I hope so. I want to see the numbers on the scale go in the right direction .

You are feeling what I feel. When you have surgery, you have swelling. After awhile, your swelling goes down and your band loosens up. I haven't lost weight in like 2 wks. Hang in there! You can do this, I promise!
