Well I dont think that a half a pound is a real thing...on the other hand I stayed the same this week and was feeling ok about it until I realized I have stayed the same for a month!!!

Cant decide whether to go for a fill or try to just get back on track myself...I am scared to death of a fill after the first one and I will plan to stay overnite down there in case it goes badly again...not even sure if I need one or just a bitch-slap! But I am only home for two weeks and then back to Sacramento for a month so I kind of have to decide soon! Just whining...D
