Feeling a little uneasy!

Hello my name is Maribel I had lad band surgery on 07/16/2009. I have lost a total of 10lbs since then. I'm now in the phase where I can eat normal foods, but I'm so scared to eat because I dont want to jeopardize my weight loss. I just want to make sure I'm doing the right thing.
