Well on my way

I went to the Dr yesterday and found out i've lost 17 lbs. Psych eval done now i'm waiting on pre-op testing tobe scheduled. Insurance approval will be sent in once all the results are back from the test. I'm prayering to have all this done so that i can be banded sometime in september.

Doea anyone have any advice of the items i should have before surgery? I'm single and would like to start getting things i'll need. Although my son will have his permit and can maybe let him drive me to the store. lol He would love that.

But really i am looking for any advice as to the things to make my pre/post surgery easier.

make sure you get som type of gas-x or liquid gas drops for children, plenty of liquids (water, crystal light, protein drinks, jello). You'll be fine after surgery. My surgery was on a Monday and I was in Palm Springs by Friday

Wow you did great. I can only hope i can move about that fast. lol Pre op is scheduled for Aug 20th and approval has been sent over to my insurance.
