Hi Pris, I'm very new to this but have already been having quorn, a meat substitute which is purely protein. Here we can buy this from the regular supermarket from the freezers. I know I will be eating it when I get to chew in a few weeks, oh my teeth and brain can't wait hehe. I'm sure you can find something similar that would suit your taste, good luck :) Louise

Try eating some peanut butter crackers, fudgesicles, or a protein bar. There are a lot of new protein bars on the market now. Hang in there!

Hi, If you had surgery 6/18/09 then there are alot of things you can eat. you should be able to go to lapband.com and they have a schedule of what you can eat. you should be on a full liquid diet from day 4 to 18 . food like low fat cottage cheese, light yogurt, low fat cream soups or broth soups, cream of wheat cereal, tomatoe juice, v-8 juice, fruit juice but only 4oz a day. but thats some things for you and also sugar free popsicles, pudding low fat, gelatin sugar free. so good luck and i will be glad to help i have a folder with alot of information in it that my nutrition gave me. good luck. there are alot out there you can have also protein drinks.
