A short farewell to my beloved sugar free ice cream.

I had to throw you in the trash,

Or I would have eaten you in a flash.

This hurts me more than you could know,

But this is it! You’ve got to go!

But I have no self control.

As much as I want you in my life,

I've been substituting cottage cheese mixed with a little Splenda and my choice of flavoring. Now DH can pig on ice cream and I have something in my dessert bowl, too. LOL!
