Hello,

My highest weight before surgery was 260 lbs and now I am 184. That's a total of 76 lbs in 12 months. My band is working so well with great restrictions. I do exercise at least 3 times a week. I still drink 64 oz or more of water which literally takes me ALL day to drink. I try to eat at least 3 oz protein a day but some days that is impossible. Some days I can eat other days, I just drink my food. Whey protein mix from Wal-mart is really good especially the vanilla and I just add ice and frozen fruit and a little pineapple juice and just blend it up. I enjoy all of the comments that I receive and if I had to do it again, I would do it tomorrow. So to all of you that are considering lap band surgery for me it was well worth it. My size went from a 20W to a regular 12 and my goal is to be in a size 8 by end of September.:rolleyes2:
