Hi all,

Tomorrow is the day. I am flying out in the am to Mexico. Dr. Juan Coravla is doing my surgery. I am excited to let go of the bondage of my eating and move through the process to freedom.....I have learned her that I need to "work the band" and I am READY!!!!

I will check in with you as soon as I can.

6/25/09 198lbs 5'4" (day before surgery).......

Wish me luck....Anything is possible if you believe........
