....Psych eval done!!! Now all that is left is 2 1/2 more months of supervised diet, then a visit with the surgeon and then hopefully a date for surgery will be set.

you know....I have only lost about 2#.....the nutritionist wanted me to focus only on chewing my food slowly and not drinking while eating. She told me not to worry about any other goals for now. So, we will see what she says when I go back the first part of July. I think we will proably set some "food cut back goals". Good luck to you too!!!! It's a good journey, and like I said - one day at a time. thanks for the support. : )
