Referral needed

Hi there,

I am doing the lap band surgery. I have Blue Cross Antham PPO and live in the Long Beach area. I spoke with my insurance company and they cover the surgery 100%, however when I went for consultations to various places they are trying to charge me out of pocket $4500 for a "program fee". I called blue cross back and they said I need to find an "in network" staff. Does anyone have any referrals that will be covered 100% or cheaper than $4500? Any help would be appreciated.
