Frustrated with the whole system

Will be sleeved in 5 days or so I hope> My doctor has me on a pre-surgery diet for the last week and a half. Have lost a total of 26 lbs since my surgery was schedule, My doctor said if my liver is not thin enough he will not be able to do the sleeve or repair the hernia as well. Hope these last 2 weeks of sacrifice of drinking broth and protein shakes have been worth it.
Its been awhile since I last made a entry. Its been 10 months since my lap band was removed and I have scheduled an appointment with mu surgeon for this Thursday February 26, 2015 at Kaiser South bay to see If he will perform my surgery. He told me to wait a year to see him I pray that this is close enough for him to consider giving me a date for surgery. It's been a frustrating couple of months and it keeps getting better. In January I was able to get insurance through work. Kaiser is my Insurance. I asked my PCP about weight loss and he referred me to the options program through Kaiser. Its their weight loss class you have to attend before being approved for weight loss surgery.
