My Lap band story is a whirlwind....literally. I went to the seminar with my husband sometime in May of 2007. I faxed my insurance info in and then received the bad news. MY INSURANCE SUCKS!!!! I would have to pay 50%, have it at the hospital instead of the Same day surgery center, pay all of my deductibles + a bunch of other stuff. It ended up that self pay= the same as insurance paying but without the wait and see game. I was called on June 17th to come in and see the doc on June 23 for my

Dear LBT, I confess, I have sinned. I am on week 2 1/2 of a 3 week liquid diet and I am failing. I am sneaking bites:hungry: and so I decided to come out of the closet and post my 1st thread and make a journal so that I can be more accountable. Thanks so FaithMD for opening my eyes.
