My Gastric Sleeve Surgery Pre and Post Op

I'm a newbie here at gastric sleeve and at blogging

My surgery is in 13 days and I created a ticker. I've read a few blogs and am following the forums about protein shakes and vitamins trying to get ready for my pre-op liquid diet as well as have all the chewable vitamins and post-op diet foods on hand. It's a bit overwhelming but I guess I'm plodding along ok.
