exhausted, sick frequently and scared, help!

Hey guys! It's been a long time since I've been on here, too long! Kind of a confession if doing a bad job.... So here it goes...   I've lost 160lbs and I couldn't be happier! BUT! I don't know what's wrong with me anymore. My labs are ok, I had mild anemia that resolved but other than that nothing is obviously wrong clinically.
