My triumphs and struggles on my way to getting sleeved.

Right now, when I get bored and have the urge to snack, I'm listening to music to stimulate my brain. It seems to be working. I'm getting paid for a painting soon, and I think I'm going to invest in some new songs for my MP3 player. I've found that I really love K-Pop, and they're great songs for working out. So that's my little tidbit for today. Try it out! It might help you when you want to eat, but don't need to.

I'm really struggling today. No, I haven't been sleeved yet (that's still way in the future), but I'm trying to get my calorie intake down to 2000 so I can work my way down. I've been logging my eating into Myfitnesspal and it's already so over that I can't bring myself to log in the rest. Hopefully I'll do better tomorrow. I just am so shocked. I was trying to keep it down, but I get so hungry over the course of the day that I can't keep myself from eating, which is why I can't seem to lose any
