Excited For The New Me!

Hi, my name is Melissa and im a wife, of 10 years, & a sahm to 3 wonderful kids! IVE been overweight most of my life,but have really put a lot on after I got married. I am currently 272, 5'4" & 32 yrs old. My surgeey is scheduled for Oct 23,& IM REALLY EXCITED, BUT NERVOUS. any thoughts or advice about how much help i may need after surgery with my kids? my husband works out of town alot. anybody regret the surgery? anything would be helpful
