The Beginning

My biggest regret is thinking that I could do this all on my own, with just diet and exercise! What a waste of years that I could have been already where I needed to be, but life is what it is, I suppose.   I finally took a leap and started looking into the Lap Band this March. Attended a seminar in April 2007 and did plenty of research online.
