6 Days Post Op, Gallbladder And Vsg

I woke up this morning at 7am. I never wake up at 7am.   The discomfort that I am experiencing with sleep is ridiculous. The discomfort that I'm feeling IN GENERAL is ridiculous! I can't sit. I can't stand. I can't walk. I can't lie down... without pain.   The more I think about it, the more irritated I become. I think it was a horrible idea for me to get gallbladder removal surgery and a sleeve at the same damn time. When I eat, I can't tell whether the food discomfort is from the gas bubbles that keep coming up as a result of the gallstone removal? Or is it me being full from vsg surery?? I dont freakin know.   My back has been achy and in extreme pain because I can't sit up straight (doing so hurts my insides) and I am constantly in pain on BOTH sides of my stomach so I have to constantly maneuver the way I sit.   This morning I spent an hour sitting up on the couch in my room listening to my belly make noises. I'm totally fine with belly noises, I mean in the grand scheme of things.... who gives a flip about belly noises. What aggravates me is, I'm not sure what they mean anymore!! I dont know if its from HUNGER or GAS!!!! I mean, I feel hungry more often than not... sooo.... I'm basically hungry all the time. However, as soon as I start to consume something, I mean ONE TINY SWALLOW will lead to a series of burping and gas bubbles in my throat that just seem unnecessary.   I know, its already done. But if I had it to do all over again.... there is no way in hell I'd have gotten both at the same time. I can't properly focus on being 'sleeved' and reading my body signals with that AND recovering from gallbladder surgery. I feel like a fat lazy louse because I can't even start exercising. I feel as though I very well may be failing on this whole 'journey' thing.
