What is your source of protein during the liquid or soft food diets after surgery?

I haven't done a blog before, so this is my first attempt (I hope I am doing it right)...   I have VSG surgery set for May 21 of this year and I have been reading anything I can possibly get my hands(eyes) on. I have seen ads for 'bariatric juice' and that sort of thing, but I am wondering if any of you use suppliments (there are some really good suppliments that I can get at a grocery store or health food store).
