It's been exactly 15 months since I took the plunge and got that little friend that has taken me to places I didn't know were possible. I am now down 104.5 pounds and bike around 130 miles a week. I NEVER in my wildest dreams thought that I would become the person I am today, NEVER!!!! I thought I might lose 50 pounds and I might walk a few miles a week, but never this.
