Is this something you bring up in any conversation..?

When your younger, where do you picture yourself... Never pictured myself flying to Mexico from Canada to get Weight Loss Surgery. Is this something people keep a secret, or is this something that I should be shouting from the rooftops..? Knowing that this is probably the biggest decision i have made thus far in my lifetime, knowing that My will to be 100% completly satisfied with myself is stronger that most ?... I dont think this is something to be embarrased about. I think it's a complement
