Good morning. Not really for me. I woke up with a bad headache. I am pretty sure it has to do with a combination of sinuses and my period. I took two Motrin. My incisions definately feel better than yesterday. I just ate a small bowl of mocha almond fudge ice cream with no addded sugar. I ate it really slowly and let each spoonfull liquify before swallowing. I was supposed to blend it with milk but I don't see the difference, as long as I wait for it to melt before swallowing. I am

I just wrote a huge log and found out that I was not logged in. So, I am going to do the short version now.http://www.LapBandTalk.com/images/smilies/faint.gif   I had my lap band surgery on March 15th, 2007. It is now three days later and all is well.
