It's been 3 weeks and 2 days since my operation and I'm supposed to be on mushy food. I can manage some very soft cereal and milk in the morning and for lunch usually a fruit smootie w added protein powder stuff or some kind of soup.. In the afternoon I usually have a milky iced coffee and at night I can manage 2 or 3 tablespoons of mushed up chicken w some vegetables.
