It's awesome. I've been wanting to document my bumpy journey of weight loss, but just didn't know where to start or even where to go. I was banded on March 12th, and so far I have lost 17 pounds. Most of it was lost during the liquid stage and once I went on solids, that's it...neither the scale nor the inches have dropped. I have to wait until May 16th for my first fill and until then I promised myself I would do everything in my power to lose some more wieght. Right now I am concentrating on
