So this past weekend I have been dealing with the hunger monster. I have a serious sweet tooth but I have come to find out that when I eat sweets my band burns like someone poured hot acid on it. Like many of you out there I am one out of 10 women out there with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, AKA PCOS.
