This is my 1st entry. I am 3wks 3dys out. So far so good, I guess. No pain. I have just started mushy stage. I have not been very good at following my Dr orders . I would not advise that to anyone. I have not had any problems, it's just stupid to pay all this money and have 1 list of instructions and simply not follow them. I am very ashamed :think .
