Hello everyone, I am new to this lapband and the internet. Just learning both. Everyone has shared some very good info and I thank you all for that. I am still on liquids and trying carnation instant breakfast. I might get brave and try soup tomorrow. I just went for a short walk in the park and my stomach is jumping up and down. I think it might be hungrey. Trying follow my surgens instructions. I am 54 years old and by my birthday I hope to have lost half of my weight which is Nov.
