Hell I Tell Ya Pure Hell !!!

well iam 4 weeks post op and i know i can eat way more then i should, feel like iam losing weight but wont get on the scale,funny i know,also i find myself going to the fridge to get something,then realize iam not hungry,guess i need a new hobby i go to the gym 2-3 days a week also got zumba for the wii my first fill will be 3/15,well i hope i will be 6 weeks post op by then...just frustrated i guess thanks fer letting me vent as always......
 

Omg Stuck !!!!!

today at work i heated up my lunch,leftovers frm last night steak an fingerling potatoes so nothing new to my band i was fine then all of a sudden WOW !! thought i was gonna die was in the bathroom for like 20 min spit ,spit and more spit finally it started to come up a lil bit at first then up came the rest RELIEF !!!! ONE BIG HAIRBALL LMAO NOW !! HOPE I NEVER EVER GO THROUGH THAT AGAIN .....
 

Feel Like Crap !!!

why today i felt like i could and just about ate the house .. i feel like this is not gonna work,what did i do to myself i had a greek yogurt fer breakfast,then half can of lentil soup and some ham salad fer lunch.the rest of the soup fer dinner and a small amount of cheesburger soup,then i had 8 shrimp. a small green apple with a laughing cow cheese wedge, a skinny cow ice cream sandwich and now a bowl of cream of wheat wth have i done i hate that i was able to eat that much.......mind u i just got my band 11 days ago i hate myself right now !!!!!
 

One Size Down.....

WELL TODAY I WAS DOING LAUNDRY AND DID NOT FEEL LIKE PUTTING ON CLOTHES TO PICK UP MY LIL GIRL FRM DAY CAMP SO I OPENED UP MY DRAWER AN ROOTED AROUND ON THE BOTTOM OF THE DRAWER WAS A OLD PAIR OF TOMMY HILFIGER JEANS USED TO BE MY FAV.......SO I SLIPPED THEM ON AND HELD MY BREATH YEP OVER MY HIPS,YEP AROUND MY WAIST,BUTTONED WITHOUT SUCKING IT IN LOL...NOT MUCH BELLY HANG EITHER YEAH ME A SIZE 16R NOT A 16W EITHER JUMPING UP AN DOWN !!!!!!
 

String ???wth

i was banded on the 31st of january ,iam in bandster hell and to add to my confusion , i was getting out of the shower and it looked like a piece of scab was peeling from one of my incsions so i dry off and get my cocoa butter for my stomach and as iam rubbing it on i see its not a piece of scab but a piece of string,thread idk wth help im falling apart from the inside out !!!!
 

Well Its Food Funeral In Overdrive !!!!!

well yesterday for dinner i had a huge sub..today for breakfast two pancakes with sugar-free syrup,lunch was the rest of my sub,tonights dinner oven fried chicken.oven roasted potatoes,cornbread muffins and spinach...tmwr morin in my last meal then clear liquids,the rest of the day surgery tuesday morin......mind you the only pre-surgery diet was south beach !!!!
 

Diet ???

i get it i do we all need to make better choices when it comes to food ..however if i bought fat-free,sugar-free tasteless foods i would not have needed this surgery to begin with about 9yrs ago i lost 85lbs on my own,got pregnant,had my thyroid removed and wham its back, i joined a gym back in may and have lost very little weight...guess what i like food so as far as a diet they dont work for me will i make better food choices for the most part yes i will .. will i always make the right or best choice prob not but because of the band i will stop at one slice of pizza and not eat 4 or 5,and as far as a diet not for me...so i dont understand when some people say diet,low fat, sugar free yap.yap,yap !!!! thanks for letting me get this off my chest ....
 

Think Iam Ready ???

well went shopping today went to gnc got my protein powder,chewable multi vitamin,and could not find a chewable calcium citrate,but did find a liquid calcium magnesium citrate hope it is the same, lots of liquids as well,soup broth jello,suger free popsicles got my bebefiber and tums ..tuesday cant get here soon enough !!!!
 

Yes It Got Here One Day Pre-Op.....

just got the call frm the surgeons sectary yes they have medical clearance..all my ducks are in a row and we are so ready for tomorrow,so excitrd scared nervous i think it is a good thing only fluids today dont think i could eat anyway !!! if i dont blog tonite see you all on the banded side.. may god bless and keep us all !!!!!!
 

Pureed Foods !!!!!

9 days post op today first dr apt.. down 11 lbs,and got the o.k. for pureed food for a week then soft i dont go back for 5 weeks maybe a fill ?!?!?!?! I LOVE MY NEW LIFE,
 

2Nd Day Post-Op Wow !!!!

well this is day two im banded yeah mr,got my band the 31st at about 1pm was in my room at 5pm,up and walkin by 7pm,came home yesterday in more pain then i thought i would be but my surgeon said the pain is mostly frm the hernia surgery an not the band,went out and paid some bills and picked up some stuff the hubby could cook quick and easy for him and my lil one...still cant do protein shakes or jell-o yet makes me feel yucky in the tummy,have done some tomatoe soup,broth,milk and juices getting my vitamins and calcium citrate in and some pain meds,,,time for a nap thanks all.......
 

First Fill

WELL GOT MY FIRST FILL TODAY ..YEAH ME I HAD 3.4 IN MY BAND FRM SURGERY HE PUT IN 1.1 SO NOW I HAVE 4.5 IN MY 10 BAND I HOPE THIS HELPS .. DAD IS DOIN O.K. CHEMO AN RADIATION JUST STATRED, HE IS STILL EATTING FOOD SO THAT IS GOOD I ALSO HAVE DECIDED THAT MY NEW OUTLET WILL BE THE GYM OR A GOOD BOOK INSTEAD OF FOOD SO UPST I GAINED 5LBS IN 6 WEEKS WTH.. WELL NOT GONNA BEAT MYSELF UP OVER IT I KNOW NOW WHAT I GOTTA DO TO CHANGE IT......ENJOY UR DAY ALL...............
 

3Rd Time A Charm ????

WELL I HAVE NOT BLOGGED IN FOREVER,I WAS BEATING MYSELF UP AFTER MY LAST DR, VISIT AND I ONLY LOST 1 POUND IN 6 WEEKS,WELL WENT TO THE DR FOR MY 3RD FILL AND I LOST 10 LBS IN 6 WEEKS GOT .5 OF A FILL AND FINALLY I FEEL LIKE I HAVE REALLY GOT A BAND SO TOTAL I HAVE 5.5 IN MY 10 BAND AND NOW I HOPE THE WEIGHT LOSS CAN BEGIN FINGERS CROSSED.......
 

Injections ???

was wondering if any one (females) had to give them selfs heprin injection to prevent blood clots from birth control is was either 2 shots a day for 4 days post-op or stop b/c 30 days prior to wls !!! my journey went pretty quick so am doin injections...
