January 19th very early in the am.   So I finally got my doc's ok to start exercise again, and I willfuly worked out very lightly for about an hour today. I kept in mind that I had not done any vigorous activity in a while and I kept the treadmill on a low speed for a while (under 3mph) until things really warmed up and I knew I'd be allright.   I had a good workout and I think I logged in a calorie burn of about 400 calories or so according to my calculations.
