This is my first time ever blogging, but hopefully this will assist me in reaching my weight loss goal, and with the aid of others some of my questions can be answered.   Ok, here we go:   I had the lap band surgery on October 13, 2011. It was a seamless procedure, everything went well, and I was out that night. I was sore, but no pain (thank goodness). One week later went to the doctor, and lost 15 lbs.
