hi again just had to shout out loud I lost another 4 pounds this week had a fill last thurs. and went on liquides for 2 and half days then mushies and I lost 4 pounds thats a total of about 37 pds in 2 months I am loving my band chow for now
Hello thought I should let ya know my progress well got the band on the 15th. and as of today 31 pounds total loss about 7 or so not sure I lost before getting banded, who cares when its a koss and thats what counts, had a hard time over x mas and I go into doc tomorrow for 6 wk visit and hoping I get a fill cuz I feel like all I want too do is eat and havent lost anything for a week have been walking even though my knee is killing me going to c ortho next week hope they can help anyways just wa
Hello again for some reason my blog entries arent posting probably because I m doing something wrong so I will try again and start w/ my journey 15 days post op thats right 2 weeks and about 18 pounds but half of that i lost before surgery but its still a loss, I moving on down and feel great I had a real easy recovery back up and doing the norm 3 days out, little gas pain but I do have other medical problems that remind me of pain like a bad kneew I am hoping when getting this weight off will i
