So, I decided I need to a little help in dropping this now extra 120 lb. I went for a Nutrition, Psych and Lap Band (Realize) consult. I thought it would go faster, but apparently my insurance sucks. They want me to prove I have been to the Dr 7 times in the past 2 years (consecutive months) where my weight was recorded and discussed weight. So, I hurt my back in May and went to Occupational Health (I got hurt on the job)-we descussed it but those people get weird about providing you with
