Day 1- Sept' 15, 2011

Today was my first day of my 3 week liquid diet... I ordered the protein from Bariatric Advantage.. I was so ready for it.. All this week all I did was eat.. I topped off last night with Homerun Inn pizza and I left the restaurant feeling so sick... When I got up this morning I knew I was ready for my day when I got on the scale and it read 280.4.. I have never weighted that in my life... I had a seminar today so it was easy to not think about food. At lunchtime, I left and went to the stor
