When I called the doc I realized the nurse telling me to pay $100 at the first visit and she said something else but I quite didn't understand. I waited the whole weekend and called back on Monday, what she said was the final visit I'll have to pay $3900 out of pocket! What the hell? I went to my seminar on Monday Oct 16 and sent in my paper work on Sat Oct 21. I waited so long to send the paper work so I figured its going to be while before I found out something. Well I was wrong the surgons office called me on Weds Oct 25 and told me the insurance approved my surgery but I first have to go see a pysch doc.
