Today I am 29 days post op and went for my first fill. At first I was not sure what to expect. I saw the needles, saline bottle, bandaids, alcohol prep pads on the counter. When the doctor came in he made me lie down and do a small crunch. He then inserted the needle. It was totally painless!! I just felt the tiny pinch of the needle and that was it.
