So I have been trying to get this surgery for just under a year. I was finally banded two weeks ago Friday and I am supposed to be on a liquid puree diet, but I am having such a hard time with it. I am one of those people that hates the texture of pureed foods. I thought that I would be able to do it and even tried a few times before surgery just to make sure, but I don't seem to be doing so hot now.
